Payments and Cancellation Policy


Payments can be made in full at time of reservation on the website via credit card. A $100 credit card hold is required per bike, to cover any damages. This will be collected at the time of drop-off and refunded back to your credit card at pick-up.

North Island E-Kruise accepts any of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, ApplePay, Google Pay.


All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the reservation. All cancellations before 48 hours will receive a refund of the full deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will receive a refund for 50% of the deposit. All cancellations will cost a $15 processing fee, taken from the initial deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be refunded any amount.
